LAHORE: Former Test cricketer and current member of the national selection committee, Asad Shafiq, has been entrusted with an important new role by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).

He has been appointed as the Director of the Hanif Mohammad High Performance Centre in Karachi, in addition to his existing responsibilities. The move reflects PCB’s confidence in Shafiq’s experience and vision for developing future cricketing talent.

Sources say that Asad Shafiq will take over the additional responsibility of Director Hanif Mohammad High Performance Center in Karachi.

Sources have also revealed that Azam Khan will serve as the Head Coach at the Hanif Mohammad High Performance Centre.
