Pakistan cricket team’s head coach, Mike Hesson, has dedicated the team’s recent victories in the tri-nation series to the victims of devastating floods in the country.

Pakistan secured back-to-back wins, first against Afghanistan and then against the UAE. Following the triumphs, Hesson took to social media platform X, stating that the consecutive victories are dedicated to the people suffering due to floods in Pakistan.

He expressed his solidarity with the victims, saying, “Some people are going through extremely tough times right now. We are praying for their safety and strength.”

Several regions of Pakistan have been severely affected by floods and landslides, with Punjab facing high flood levels in its rivers. Thousands have been displaced, while reports confirm that at least 30 people have lost their lives in flood-related incidents across the province.
