The Pakistan women’s national football team has shown significant progress, improving its position by three places in the latest FIFA world rankings.

According to the updated list, the team now holds the 154th spot, a notable jump from its previous ranking of 157.
This positive development comes as the team’s ranking points have surpassed the 1,000-mark for the first time in its history, now standing at 1,007 points.

This achievement reflects the team’s commendable performance and recent successes on the field.

The improvement in the rankings is largely attributed to the team’s strong showing in the recent Asian qualifiers, where they secured victories against Indonesia and Kyrgyzstan. These wins contributed significantly to their point accumulation and their upward movement in the global standings.
