President Zardari condemns Mastung terror attack, honors martyred soldiers

Islamabad: President Asif Ali Zardari has strongly condemned on terrorist attack carried out by India-backed militants on security forces in the Mastung district of Balochistan.

President Asif Ali Zardari paid rich tribute to the martyrs , Major Muhammad Rizwan Tahir, Naik Ibn-e-Ameen, and Lance Naik Muhammad Younus who laid down their lives in the line of duty. He prayed for the elevation of their ranks in the hereafter and extended his deepest condolences to the bereaved families.

He further said that the nation salutes the supreme sacrifices of its brave martyrs and stands firmly united behind the armed forces in the fight against terrorism.

President Zardari also lauded the courageous response of the security forces, who eliminated the terrorists in a swift counter-operation.
