Sophie Turner, 29, has made a candid confession about her dating habits—and it’s something she admits she’s “not proud of.”

In a recent interview, the Game of Thrones star revealed that her most toxic trait is ghosting her dates.

“That is actually what I do all the time,” Turner admitted with a laugh. “I’m not proud of that, but I do like to do that quite a lot. I’m saying it with a smile, I don’t know if I should be saying this on camera.”

Ghosting, for the unfamiliar, refers to abruptly cutting off all communication with someone without any warning or explanation—a move often criticized for its emotional impact on the person being ghosted.

The British actress, who’s been romantically linked to aristocrat and media heir Peregrine “Perry” Pearson since late 2023, acknowledged that her ghosting habit gives her a certain “sense of power.”

“I just need to work on that in therapy,” she added, half-jokingly.

Turner’s revelation comes less than a year after finalizing her high-profile divorce from American singer Joe Jonas. The former couple, who share two daughters—Willa, 5, and Delphine, 3—ended their four-year marriage in September 2024 following a lengthy custody battle.
