KARACHI : A tragic incident occurred in the city’s Millat Town area where a two-and-a-half-year-old boy, Aun Muhammad, lost his life after being hit by a dumper.

According to details, fatal accidents involving heavy vehicles such as dumpers and water tankers continue to claim lives in Karachi.

In the latest incident, Aun Muhammad was riding on a motorcycle with his uncle Salman when a dumper, coming from the wrong side near Millat Town Mor, rammed into them.

The impact proved fatal, killing the child on the spot.

The case will be registered at Al -Falah police station.

Earlier, two traffic accidents occurred in the same hour on Korangi Road, Karachi, in which two people, including a woman, were killed and one woman was injured.

In the first incident, a horrifying video surfaced showing a speeding truck crushing a motorcycle and a rickshaw near the NADRA Mega Center. The motorcyclist died on the spot.

In another accident near Qayyumabad, a woman pedestrian lost her life after being hit by a bus.

According to police, the drivers of both the truck and the bus have been taken into custody, and further investigations are underway.
