LAHORE: Pakistan’s rising squash star Noor Zaman has added another prestigious title to his name by defeating Egypt’s Mostafa El Sereety 3-0 in the final of the Nash Squash Cup.

The thrilling final, held across venues in London and Canada, saw Zaman dominate with scores of 17-19, 7-11, and 9-11 to claim the championship.

On his path to victory, Noor Zaman had previously defeated a tough opponent from Colombia in the semi-finals. His compatriot, Muhammad Ashab Irfan, also impressed by reaching the semi-final stage in this high-stakes tournament, which featured a total prize purse of $31,000.
