PM credits diplomacy, foreign policy for boosting Pakistan’s global standing

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has said that Pakistan’s successful diplomacy and foreign policy have elevated the country’s prestige.

He was chairing a meeting via video link where consultations were held on key matters, including Pakistan-Saudi Arabia relations.

On the occasion, members of the federal cabinet termed the Pakistan-Saudi defense agreement a major achievement of the government.

According to sources, the issue of flood-affected areas was also discussed during the video link meeting chaired by the Prime Minister.

During the session, the Prime Minister was briefed on the latest situation as well as the relief activities carried out so far.

Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif also issued important instructions on other issues including restoration of the victims.

The meeting also directed to further improve coordination in all institutions, including the National Disaster Management Authority(NDMA) .
