Mr. Zulfiqar Ahmed, father of Pakistan Women’s Cricket Team batter Shawaal Zulfiqar, has passed away.

Sources indicate that Mr. Zulfiqar Ahmed had been battling illness for some time prior to his demise.

He was laid to rest in a suburban area of Sialkot, where prayers (Fatiha Khwani) were held for the eternal peace of his soul.

Players, coaching staff, and management have expressed their deepest condolences and heartfelt sympathies to Shawaal Zulfiqar during this difficult time.
