Islamabad: The Pakistan Meteorological Department forecasts dry weather across most of the country today. As the season changes, colder nights are expected in northern and hilly areas, while other regions remain hot and dry. No rain is expected, signaling a gradual shift toward early winter in the north.

In Islamabad and adjoining areas, dry conditions will dominate, offering a clear and calm day across the capital. No precipitation is expected, and the evening is likely to turn cooler as temperatures begin to dip.

Across the plains of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, similar dry weather will persist, maintaining stable atmospheric conditions. However, the northern districts of KP are forecast to turn noticeably cold during the late-night and early morning hours, reflecting the influence of colder winds from higher altitudes.

In Murree, Galyat, and surrounding hill stations, dry skies will prevail, but residents should prepare for a sharp chill after sunset. These areas, known for their early cold spells, are expected to experience brisk and biting nights.

The northern parts of Balochistan are also set to experience cold weather, particularly during the night and early morning. Although rainfall is not expected, the cold front continues to settle over the elevated terrain, gradually lowering temperatures.

Meanwhile, in Sindh, most districts will continue to face hot and dry conditions, especially in the interior regions. Daytime temperatures are likely to remain above seasonal averages, providing a stark contrast to the cooler climate taking hold in the north.
