Pakistani fast bowler Irfan Jnr. has recently been found guilty of ball-tampering during a match in Australia. As a result, he has been handed a five-match suspension, according to Australian media reports.

Australian media reported that umpires accused Irfan Jnr. of tampering with the condition of the ball during a Victoria Premier League match.

After an investigation, the Cricket Victoria Tribunal found him guilty of the offense and imposed a five-match ban.

Irfan Jnr. previously played First-Class cricket in Pakistan and represented several franchises in the Pakistan Super League (PSL). He moved to Australia a few years ago and began playing for a local club.

Having moved to Australia, Irfan Jnr. became eligible to compete in Australian domestic cricket tournaments. However, this recent incident has now cast a shadow over his participation.
