Pakistan delivered a powerful performance in the second T20 International at Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium, securing a massive nine-wicket victory over South Africa to level the three-match series at 1-1.

Pakistan easily chased the modest target of 110 runs, reaching it in just 13.1 overs with nine wickets still in hand.

The victory was anchored by an explosive partnership, with Saim Ayub playing a spectacular role.

South Africa’s batting fails:

After Pakistan won the toss and elected to bowl, their bowlers quickly took control, completely dismantling the Proteas’ lineup. South Africa was bowled out for only 110 runs in 19.2 overs.

The Proteas’ innings was marked by low scores, including single-digit returns from key players like Quinton de Kock (7) and Hendricks (0). Dewald Brevis offered the most resistance for the visitors, scoring 25 runs.
