A Pakistani model who starred as a hero in a Shehzad Roy music video and later walked the runway in France is now a provincial minister in the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) administration in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Faisal Ameen Gandapur has been a member of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government without a portfolio for several months. Prior to entering politics, he was involved in journalism for a period of time.

Faisal Ameen is a horse breeder who is also an environmentalist. He claims he had no prior experience with ramp walks when he was approached with the opportunity to walk the runway at France Fashion Week, but he accepted the offer and did so. He claims that he had a good time. He answered, “I enjoyed it.”

Faisal Ameen, the younger brother of Federal Minister Ali Ameen Gandapur, was sworn in as a provincial minister 147 days ago but has yet to be awarded a portfolio. He did not, however, respond to the query about the delay in his portfolio assignment.

JUI-F politician Akram Khan Durrani was formerly the provincial minister who went 135 days without a portfolio after being sworn in as a cabinet member.
