We all aspire to eat healthy and stay fit, but our health is often neglected due to work, social commitments and family needs. As a result of microwave dinners and downing several cups of tea or coffee in a day, both our calorie count and weight get out of hand.

1. Make a food journal

2. Eat slow

Science has shown that our mind receives the signal of ‘fullness’ approximately 20 minutes after eating. Eating slowly and more mindfully will help you savour your food and  prevent you from eating extra food. Moreover, a well-chewed bite is more easily digestible!

3. IStay active

11. Incorporate healthy fat alternatives
