The McMaster Student Wellness Centre is thrilled to announce the release of the second batch of Home-cooked at Mac.

McMaster Okanagan Committee will get credits for funding this programme, supporting its development, and upholding their endearing commitment to the health and well-being of our community.

Zeinab Khawaja (Health Promoter at the Student Wellness Centre) and their father Faizullah Khawaja host this episode of Take Home Mac (home-cook from Pakistan and Tibet). With this Pakistani-style karahi chicken, you can taste the flavours of South Asia.

You can Explore the flavors and techniques of Pakistan and learn to make Karahi Chicken. Instructional Video & Meal Kit included.

• Pick up free, take-home Meal Kits that include the majority of the ingredients you’ll need to make the recipe at home.

• Because it is difficult to ensure the food safety of raw chicken, gift cards will be provided to purchase fresh and safe meat.

Meal Kit Pickup will be held on campus on Thursday, March 16th from 11am to 2pm. If you are unable to pick up during this time, please do not register. Only McMaster students are eligible.

The instructional video will be made available later, and more Home Cooked at Mac opportunities will be available throughout the academic year.
