Waseem Akhtar is incompetent should resign immediately: Murtaza Wahab

Advisor Law Sindh Murtaza Wahab said that it has been proved that Mayor Karachi Waseem Akhtar is incompetent should immediately resign from his post.

While talking to media in Karachi Murtaza Wahab said that Mustafa Kamal had voluntarily offered to clean Karachi’s garbage in 3 months, Wasim Akhtar’s intention was wrong, he has no intention of cleaning Karachi, he added.

Advisor Law Sindh further said that we welcome who will come to resolve Karachi’s problems with fair intentions.

He said that Mayor Karachi should resign, he proved incompetent, he could not handle Karachi, and drains cleaning is the responsibility of mayor not the Federal Minister, Ali Zaidi is also doing political point scoring to put litter on the streetsafter cleaning drains.

Murtaza Wahab added that for Karachi we all have to work together. Wasim Akhtar agreed that he could not work, so he should resign immediately. Wasim Akhtar has violated the rights of Karachi in the last three years.

Murtaza Wahab further said that Waseem Akhtar acknowledged his failure, He admitted that he got Rs 41 billion, Rs 55 crore for cleaning drains and now he is shedding crocodile tears.

He said that Mustafa Kamal accepted the challenge but Mayor Waseem Akhtar escaped the way. Mustafa Kamal said in his press conference that Sindh government gave you billions of dollars Mustafa Kamal announced to work voluntarily.

Mayor Karachi issued notification that could have legal complications, but we remained silent in the interest of the city, Mustafa Kamal tried to work, but he was not allowed to do so.
