Target killers once again active in Karachi, three people have been killed, including a father and son, in four separate incidents.

According to details, firing incidents were reported in Defense City, Northern Bypass, Manghopir new Nazimabad. Three people, including father, son, have been killed in the incidents.

The bodies of the father and son were found in Clifton, Karachi. The victims were identified as Dr. Fasih Usmani and Kamran.

According to police officials, the bodies of the father and son were found in a house near Abdullah Shah Ghazi shrine. According to preliminary investigations, the two were killed by knife-wielding attack. The killers did not touch any of the belongings in the house. Doctor Fasih’s mother and wife who were staying at the house were out for a walk at the time of the incident.

Police have started collecting more evidence from the incident site for investigation and also obtained CCTV footage.

The second shooting incident took place near Northern Bypass, one person has been killed and one person injured.

The unidentified persons opened fire on the vehicle at Khudadad Colony Signal in Karachi area this morning, leaving sub-inspector Ghous Alam injured.

The assailants opened fire after getting close to the driving seat of the car, police claimed, adding that a single shot was fired at the vehicle, which hit the victim’s head.

According to police officials, the incident seems to be terrorism but other aspects are being investigated as well.

One person was injured in firing in Manghopir, New Nazimabad.
