Special Assistant to the Prime Minister for Information and Broadcasting Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan has stated that it’s Prime Minister Imran Khan’s mission to promote standard education in country.

According to details, Firdous Ashiq tweeted that fifty thousand scholarships will be granted to the students of needy families in next four years for uplift of education sector across the country.

ملک میں یکساں اور معیاری تعلیم کا فروغ عمران خان کا مشن ہے۔غریبوں اور محروموں کے حقوق کے ضامن احساس پروگرام کے تحت اہل اور حقدار طلباء کو 50 ہزار سکالرشپس دیے جائیں گے۔یہ وظائف ان خاندانوں کے طلباء میں تقسیم کئے جائیں گے جن کی آمدن 45000 روپے سے کم ہے۔

She said two percent quota would be for the disabled and minorities. She said children hailing from a family with an income of less than 45,000 rupees will be eligible for the programme.

The Special Assistant on Information said nearly one hundred and twenty universities would benefit from this programme.

کم آمدن والے افراد کی سماجی بہبود کے پروگرام کے تحت 50 فیصد کوٹہ خواتین جبکہ دو فیصد کوٹہ معذور طلباء کیلئے مختص ہو گا۔ان وظائف میں کتابوں کی فراہمی، ٹرانسپورٹ، رہائش اوردیگر ضروریات شامل ہوں گی۔اس کا اطلاق تقریباً 152 تمام سرکاری یونیورسٹیوں پر ہوگا۔

She said Prime Minister Imran Khan reiterated his resolve that the Evacuee Property Trust Board land would be used for establishing educational institutions and hospitals.
