New connections will give a new life to CNG sector, Chairman APCNGA

The central Chairman of All Pakistan CNG Association Ghiyas Abdullah Paracha welcomed the decision of lifting ban on new gas connections to CNG stations.

He said, we welcome this decision as it will give new life to the CNG sector.

According to a press release he said that hundreds of completed CNG stations have been waiting for the gas connection for years.

It will start operations now through RLNG gas connections. Promotion of CNG fuel will lead towards saving of around one billion dollar annually on petroleum import bill.

It will also help to control air pollution in big cities.

He said, this is another step towards Permissions on New CNG Stations Licences in the country.

We expect that Oil & Gas Regulatory Authority OGRA will soon start working on grant of new CNG station licences on RLNG, The chairman of APCNGA said
