Chief of Staff of Oman Sultan’s Armed Forces (SAF) visited GHQ to meet Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa here on Tuesday.

According to Inter-Public Service Relations (ISPR), Army Chief meets Chief of Staff of the Kingdom of Oman at GHQ today.

Lt Gen Ahmed bin Harith Al Nabhani appreciated Pakistan army’s success in the war against terrorism and discussed about benefitting from Pak army’s professional capabilities.

The honorable guests were presented guard of honor at the GHQ.

Later, the visiting general laid floral wreath at Yadgar-e-Shuhada to pay homage to the martyrs.

COAS discussed issues of bilateral interest and Pak-Oman bilateral defense relations were also discussed during a meeting with Chief of Staff of Oman.

Chief of Staff of Oman Sultan’s Armed Forces quoted that Pakistani forces have played a vital role in the war of terror, Pak Army’s efforts stabilize the region, according to ISPR.
