Imran Khan returns home after one day official KSA visit

Prime Minister Imran Khan has returned to Pakistan after completing one day official visit to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

According to details, Saudi Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman saw off Imran Khan at Riyadh International Airport.

Imran Khan, during his meeting with Saudi Crown Prince, called for resolving dispute in Middle East through diplomatic means.

Imran Khan said Pakistan would continue to facilitate with all the efforts required to endure peace and stability in the region.

He emphasized to enhance and improve Pak-Saudi ties, and termed it a pivotal partnership for progress, peace and prosperity. Imran Khan also highlighted the strategic importance of the relation between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.

Prime Minister also drew the utmost attention of Saudi Crown Prince on Kashmir unrest,  thanked him for supporting the cause.

The Leadership discussed ways of further advancing the Kashmir cause through Organisation of Islamic Cooperation contact group during their meeting.

Moreover, the Saudi crown prince offered all possible support in the development of the tourism sector in Pakistan and said a Saudi team would undertake a visit to Pakistan soon.

Earlier, Imran Khan upon reaching Saudi Arabia,  paid respect at the Roza-e-Rasool (Peace be Upon Him) and offered nawafil prayers.

Foreign Office Pakistan in press release said that Imran Khan’s visit was part of the regular exchanges between both leaderships.

Pakistan and Saudi leadership covered bilateral matters and recent developments in the regional context.

During his previous visit, Riyadh leadership had agreed to remain engaged and consult closely to take forward the premier’s initiative to ensure peace and security in the region.

PM Imran Khan earlier in October visited Saudi Arabia, where he met with King Salman Bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud.

This is Prime Minister Imran Khan’s fourth visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since May this year.
