Earthquake tremors felt in Swat and its adjoining areas on Sunday.

Earthquake left people terrified in Swat and adjoining areas.

According to the details, people rushed out of their homes in fear as the quake hit the area.

The intensity of the earthquake recorded as 4.2 at the Richter magnitude scale.

However, no casualty or damage reported.

Earlier on December 30, a 5.6 magnitude earthquake jolted parts of KP, Punjab and Gilgit.

The tremors felt in Mingora, Swat, Jhelum, Khewra, Pind Dadan Khan, Gilgit and other parts of the country,.

People were advised to go out of their houses.

Earlier on October 09, strong earthquake tremors felt in the Malakand region, Peshawar along with adjoining areas.

People rushed out of Peshawar airport reciting Quranic verses.

The Meteorological Department of Pakistan has recorded the ferocity of the earthquake to be 5.2 on the Richter scale.

The epicenter of the earthquake revealed to be the Hindukush mountain range in Afghanistan.

The depth of the earthquake determined to be 180 kilometers underneath the Hindukush terrain
