Arfa Karim, Youngest Microsoft Certified Professional being remembered on her birthday

Nation remembers Pakistan’s youngest computer scientist Arfa Karim on her birth anniversary (today).

Born on February 02, 1995, Arfa Karim became world’s youngest Microsoft Certified Information Technology Professional in 2004 at an age of nine years.

She received many awards including the Presidential Pride of Performance Award in 2005.

Arfa Karim represented Pakistan at various international forums.

She also invited to visit Microsoft Headquarters in the United States.

She died at a very young age of sixteen years on 14th January 2012 due to cardiac arrest.
