Lahore High Court on Thursday granted pre-arrest bail to Pakistan Muslim League N leader Rana Sanaullah in an assets beyond means case.

As per details, Lahore High Court (LHC) division bench heared pre-arrest bail petition filed by Rana Sanaullah.

The bench comprising Justice Ali Baqar Najafi and Justice Tariq Saleem Sheikh heared the petition.

The court granted pre arrest bail to Rana Sanaullah till March 25.

Court also ordered Rana Sanaullah to submit two surety bonds of Rs 0.5 Million as well.

Rana Sanaullah had submitted that (NAB) had launched an inquiry into his assets, which had already frozen by the Anti-Narcotics Force in a drug case against him.

He submitted that he appeared before the NAB team on summoned in past and assured that he would continue to appear in future as well.

He expressed apprehension that the bureau might arrest him and pleaded with the court for grant of pre-arrest bail.
