Six People drowned as four passenger buses swept away by flooding in Dear Ghazi Khan.

As per details, the incident happened in Sakhi Sarwar area of Dera Ghazi Khan where heavy rains caused severe flooding.

As soon as the incident was reported, the rescue officials rushed to the spot, carried out the operations.

Security personnel cordoned off the area. The rescue officials found body of one man so far, while search for other remaining passengers is underway.

Meanwhile, Chief Minister of Punjab (CM) has taken notice of the incident and directed the authorities to speed up rescue activities in the area.
