Indian Army indiscriminately opens fires of heavy weapons at Line of Control (LoC)’s Nakyal sector deliberately targeting civilian population.

According to Director-General Inter Service Public Relations (DG ISPR), Major General Babar Iftikhar two civilians, including an eighteen-year old girl sustained serious injuries.

Pakistan Army counterblows Indian firing with matching caliber, said ISPR.

Indian troops resorted to unprovoked Ceasefire Violations using artillery and heavy mortars in Sharda, Dhudnial and Shahkot Sectors along the LoC.

ISPR added, the injured have been shifted to nearby hospital for necessary medical assistance.

In last 24 hours six citizens including two girls have been injured.
