The death toll in Pakistan due to novel coronavirus has risen to 137 after new deaths reported in Sindh Province.

As per details, Sindh Government Spokesperson on Friday tweeted that:

According to Murtaza Wahab, two more people died in Sindh due to coronavirus taking the provincial death tally to 45.

However, the nationwide death toll has risen to 137.

In the last 24 hours, 5 people have recovered from corona in Sindh.

On the other hand;

Nationwide tally of confirmed cases rose to 7,261 after new cases were reported in Punjab.

According to spokesperson of Punjab Primary and Secondary Healthcare government spokesperson, 25 new cases were reported in the last 24 hours taking the provincial tally to 3,301.

Spokesperson of the Punjab police has stated that 17,983 FIRs have been registered against those violating the Section 144 imposed in the province.

The police spokesperson added that action has been taken against 3,499 shops and 216 restaurants.
