‘Lockdown will be gradually eased in the country’, says PM Imran Khan

Prime Minister Imran Khan on Saturday said that we receive updates regarding ongoing Coronavirus situation in the country by National Command Centre on daily basis.

On briefing the over current country-wide situation in Islamabad, the premiere said that we have decided to gradually ease the imposition of lockdown in all provinces.

He also thanked Allah SWT saying that we haven’t survived a great loss yet as the European countries have suffered.

PM Imran further said that we will continue to inform citizens about our decisions but people also need to follow the protective measures directed by the government and health officials.

The premiere also congratulated the nationals on reduction of Coronavirus affected patients, saying that hospitals in our country have proper medical equipment with well-trained paramedics staff.

The Prime Minister also stated that we are hopeful to overcome the disasters our country has faced due to the Coronavirus outbreak, but till then, the time period between 15 to 25 May is crucial and significant.
