A decision has been taken to open the Pak-Afghan border for two-way trade purposes.

Sources said that the decision has been taken to open the Pak-Afghan border at Chaman from Sunday for two-way trade for which a flag meeting was held between Pakistan-Afghan border forces.

Sources further said that it was agreed in the meeting to open bilateral trade between Afghanistan and Pakistan on Sunday. As per the decision, Pakistanis and Afghans stranded in both the countries will be allowed to go to their respective country.

Security officials said that the business community was also present at the flag meeting. Sources said that separate camps have been created for men and women to place them under quarantine. Pakistanis coming from Afghanistan will be sent into quarantine for 14 days.
