Pakistani students in China celebrated after the government announced the lifting of lock down in Wuhan, the main land of deadly coronavirus.

The official twitter handle of Chinese Embassy in Pakistan tweeted:

Wuhan ends months-long lockdown as COVID-19 now controlled.

Pakistani students in Wuhan threw a party in their dorms for the first time since Covid-19 hit Wuhan, China.

Together we will defeat Covid-19.

Chinese Authorities  has ended its lockdown of Wuhan, which is the original epicenter of the deadly coronavirus crisis, as the city reemerges from a outbreak that is now raging across  the world.

But even as Wuhan reopens its borders after 76 days, some restrictions within the city will remain in place, and officials warn that the threat of further infections remains far from over.

The city of 11 million, where the coronavirus  first detected in December, sealed off from the outside world since January 23 in an unprecedented effort to contain the outbreak.
