KP announces to resume public transport from Monday: Ajmal Wazir

Adviser to Chief Minister on Information Ajmal Khan Wazir says the Provincial Task Force has taken all its decisions in public interest.

Speaking to media officials in Peshawar today,

In a media briefing in Peshawar today, he informed that KP government has decided to restore public transport from Monday following the condition of ensuring the SOPs issued by Commissioner, transport authority and transporters.

The Adviser said transport fares have been reduced after reduction in the prices of petroleum products to provide relief to commuters.

He said according to the decision of the Task Force, barber shops will remain open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Ajmal Wazir praised the services of health workers and other frontliners who battle against the deadly Coronavirus.
