Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan has said that the Turkish nation stands with the Pakistani nation in difficult times.

According to details, Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan had a telephone conversation with Prime Minister Imran Khan in which the two leaders agreed on joint efforts to deal with the coup.

On this occasion, the two leaders congratulated each other on Eid-ul-Fitr, while President Erdogan expressed deep sorrow over the Karachi plane crash.

The Prime Minister apprised the President of the steps being taken by the government to curb the spread of Coronavirus and the debt relief campaign for developing countries and thanked the Turkish President for providing medical supplies.

Imran Khan said this cooperation is a manifestation of the historical ties between the two countries and help in difficult times, while the debt relief campaign, stability in economic and social development is necessary to deal with Coronvirus.

The Prime Minister apprised the Turkish President of the worst human rights violations in Occupied Kashmir and said that there was double lockdown and military crackdown in Occupied Kashmir

Imran Khan also apprised of Pakistan’s concerns over Indian efforts to change the geographical position of the occupied valley and India’s killings on Muslims in the context of COVID-19.

Prime Minister Imran Khan further said that the world is fighting with Coronavirus and India is trying to change the geographical position of occupied Kashmir, the international community should reject India’s move.

It should be noted that the unfortunate PIA plane carrying passengers from Lahore to Karachi crashed a few moments before landing at Karachi Airport, as a result of which 97 people were killed.

Seven crew members were also killed in the plane crash. Bank of Punjab President Zafar Masood and Muhammad Zubair miraculously survived the crash.
