The NCOC, while releasing the data issued to the provinces, said that 250 additional ventilators have been provided to the provinces in a week.

The NCOC has released data for all the provinces across the country stating that the purpose of additional ventilators in the provinces is to enhance the efficiency of the provinces.

Additional ventilators have been provided to Azad Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, and other provinces while 72 ventilators have been issued for Faisalabad, Multan, Rawalpindi, and Lahore, 52 for Karachi and Sukkur, 52 for Peshawar and Abbottabad, 20 for Quetta while 10 for Gilgit-Baltistan, Azad Kashmir. 24 provided to PIMS and 10 to the polyclinic.

According to NCOC 747 hospitals of the country are allotted for Corona, 22589 beds are allotted for Corona patients in national hospitals and 5060 patients of Corona are undergoing treatment in domestic hospitals. 5060 beds with oxygen facilities are available in national hospitals, 1400 ventilators are available for coronavirus patients in national hospitals.
