Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari had a meeting with Afghan Ambassador to Pakistan Atif Mashal at Zardari House Islamabad.

During the meeting, the Chairman PPP and the Afghan Ambassador discussed issues of mutual interest and relations between the two countries.

Talking to the Afghan Ambassador, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that it has always been the policy of the Pakistan People’s Party to have a democratic, strong and peaceful Afghanistan and peace and harmony in the region.

Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari in a meeting with Afghan Ambassador to Pakistan Atif Mashal further said that further cooperation between the two countries would bring peace, development and stability.

Earlier, Afghan Ambassador to Pakistan Atif Mashal has called on Chief of Armt Stafff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa.

Afghan Ambassador Atif Mashal said in a statement released on the social networking site Twitter that he had met with Chief of the Armed Forces General Qamar Javed Bajwa today (Jun 25). The meeting focused on the recent visit of Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa to Kabul and the Afghan peace process.
