“Currently unemployed and gonna sleep for days. Need new shows to watch.”

Malala had earlier participated in the online graduation ceremony. The star-studded Dear Class of 2020 was streamed live on Sunday to support in compensating the gap for students graduating this year.

Malala delivered a speech during the online graduation ceremony. She said that her last few months at Oxford had been challenging because of lockdown imposed in wake of coronavirus pandemic.

She said, “When I pictured my last few months at Oxford, I saw myself working in the library, studying day and night, and in the end celebrating our achievements with my friends,”

“but now I’m in my house, stuck in my room while my brothers interrupt and annoy me.”

Malala went on to say that “while this is not the ending we imaged, our education will outlast any part of the ceremony”.
