IHC Judge tests COVID-19 positive

A judge of Islamabad High Court (IHC), Justice Lubna Saleem Pervaiz has tested positive for the novel coronavirus (Covid-19).

The high court confirmed the news. According to the statement, the IHC judge took a coronavirus test after her secretary diagnosed as positive for the infection last week.

Last month, Islamabad High Court (IHC) Chief Justice Athar Minallah had tested negative for the novel coronavirus. He took a COVID-19 test after his secretary Asad Khokhar diagnosed with the deadly virus.

On the other hand, The entry of visitors to the Bacha Khan International Airport, Peshawar, has been banned in the wake of rise in Covid-19 cases.

An official statement issued,  stated the airport’s chief operating officer Ubaid-ur-Rehman Abbasi had directed the officials to ensure implementation of health guidelines to contain spread of pandemic.
