Pak made ventilators to be delivered to NDMA this week

Federal Minister for Science and Technology Fawad Chaudhry has said that the first batch of ventilators made in Pakistan will be delivered to the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) this week.

Taking to twitter, he congratulated National Radio Telecommunication Corporation and wrote:

The minister wrote: The next 3 designs are also in the final stages.

“We are one of the few countries in the world to make sophisticated medical machines,” he said. The Federal Minister also said that all the machines made in Pakistan are in line with European standards.

Coronavirus Cases in Pakistan

The number of positive coronavirus cases in Pakistan has surged to 202,955. The nationwide tally of fatalities has jumped to 4,118.

According to the latest figures by the National Command and Operation Center (NCOC), 4,072 persons have been tested positive for COVID-19 in 24 hours.
