Media coordinator of Sohrab Goth cattle market spoke to BOL News and revealed that the market generates a huge revenue.

According to the details, he told BOL News that it is the biggest cattle market of Asia and it will generate the revenue of seven billion this year.

He also said that last year this cattle market had generated the revenue of six billion.

Zaki Abro, media coordinator of the cattle market also said that they set up the market on Jun 22, 2020 and it has the capacity of 0.7 million animals.

An organizer of the cattle market in Karachi further said that 0.25 million animals have already reached at the market from all over the country.

It is to be noted that Pakistan is expected to start celebrating Eid on on Aug 1, subject to the sighting of the moon.

Earlier on July 15, Chief Minister Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah allowed establishing cattle markets across the province ahead of Eid-ul-Azha.

According to the details,  the decision was taken in a meeting chaired by Syed Murad Ali Shah here in Karachi.

The meeting decided that cattle markets across the province would be allowed to set up with strict standard operating procedures (SOPs).
