Director-General of Pakistan Military’s media wing Inter-Services Public Relations (DG ISPR) has rejected Indian media report of deploying additional troops on LoC in Gilgit-Baltistan.

In his statement, DG ISPR Major General Babar Iftikhar said that news of Indian media about deploying additional troops of Pakistan Army on LOC in Gilgit-Baltistan is a lie.

“Indian media reports of China using Skardu Air Base are also false,” said DG ISPR.

DG ISPR said in his tweet,

News circulating in Indian electronic and social media claiming additional deployment of Pakistan Army troops along LOC in GB and alleged use of Skardu Airbase by China is false, irresponsible and far from truth.
