Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan chaired a high-level meeting today in Islamabad to discuss the prevailing security situation in the country.

During the high-level meeting, matters related to national security were discussed. The meeting was attended by the Chiefs of the three Armed Forces.

Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC) General Zubair Mehmood Hayat, Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa, Chief of Naval Staff (CNS) Admiral Zafar Mehmood Abbasi and Chief of the Air Staff (CAS) Air Chief Marshal Mujahid Anwar Khan discussed important security measures with the Premier.

The meeting was also attended by the Minister of Defense, and Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee. DG ISI was also present in the meeting.

Prime Minister Imran Khan, while discussing the security measures said Pakistan’s sovereignty will be protected at all costs.
