A young boy resident of Talwari village martyred due to Indian indiscriminate firing along the Line of Control (LoC) last night.

According to a statement issued by Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), “Indian troops unprovoked ceasefire violation targeting civil population using Artillery, Mortars & heavy weapons in Lipa Sector along LoC late last night. A young boy resident of Talwari village martyred due to Indian indiscriminate firing. Pakistan Army responded effectively to Indian firing targeting those posts which initiated fire.”

The statement confirmed that a boy loses his life due to Indian troops’ unprovoked firing. However, the Pakistan Army retaliate the Indian soldiers effectively, said ISPR.

The Indian forces have continuously been targeting civilian population along the LoC and working boundary. The Foreign Office (FO) has summoned Indian officials several times to condemn the unprovoked firing.
