Charge sheets issued on Saturday against the former president of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari and other 13 accused in fake accounts case.

According to the details,  The accountability court issued a 17-page charge sheet of Park Lane Company reference.

The charge sheet stated that Asif Zardari, through Younis Qadwai and Iqbal Memon, set up a fake company. Asif Zardari speculated loan from National Bank through fraud.

The charge sheet said Asif Ali Zardari transferred money from a fake company to his company’s account.

Earlier Former President Asif Ali Zardari got indicted by the accountability court in Islamabad in the Park Lane Reference.

The court has indicted him via video link, Zardari appeared from his Bilawal House residence.

The authorities have been directed by the accountability court to ensure that the accused present himself today.

After which NAB decided to file a supplementary reference against Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari and others in Park Lane case.

The anti-graft body will file a supplementary reference against the former president within this month, while more suspects have agreed to become approver against Asif Ali Zardari.

Last month, two former presidents of the National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) turned approver against Mr. Zardari in the Park Lane reference.
