NA pays glowing tribute to Mir Hasil Khan Bizenjo

National Assembly members on Friday paid glowing tributes to the services of Mir Hasil Khan Bizenjo for the politics of Pakistan.

According to the details, members of the national assembly while expressing grief and sorrow over his death, said his death is a big loss to Pakistan and Balochistan.

Members of the national assembly were of the view, that Bizenjo was a seasoned politician and a national leader whose services will always be remembered.

They said that Hasil Khan Bizenjo was a patriotic Pakistani who always spoke about the rights of smaller provinces.

They suggested that a gallery should be designated in the parliament house to recognize the services of leaders like Mir Hasil Khan Bizenjo.

Minister for Human Rights Shireen Mazari, in her remarks, said everybody accepts the democratic struggle of Mir Hasil Khan Bizenjo.

She said his persona was also democratic and he used to raise his voice in a very dignified and democratic manner. She said Hasil Khan Bizenjo was a strong voice for the rights of Balochistan and he has left behind a vacuum.

The speaker said that Mir Hasil Khan Bizenjo was a major political figure who made immense contributions to the politics of the country.

At the outset, the house offered fateha for National Party Chief Senator Mir Hasil Khan Bizenjo who passed away in Karachi yesterday.

Later, the chair adjourned the proceedings of the house till Monday at four pm without taking up the agenda of the day in respect and memory of Mir Hasil Khan Bizenjo.
