Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Farooq Sattar has said that the conspiracy to make Karachi a district is to promote linguistics.

According to details, Farooq Sattar along with Kamran Tesori had said in a press conference that today Sindh Chief Minister has decided to further divide Karachi.

He said that it has been decided to make the city of Quaid a complete colony while it is not the mandate of the Sindh government and on behalf of the people we reject and condemn the decision to make Karachi a district.

Farooq Sattar has said that he wants to give SOS call on the Chief of Army Staff, Chief Justice, Prime Minister, and President on the issue of Karachi because PPP is taking a dictatorial decision against the wishes of citizens while drains, garbage, Power outages and overbilling are separate issues.
