Wildlife minister launches investigation against “lion” incident

The Wildlife Minister Nasir Hussain Shah has ordered to launch an investigation into the Gulshan-e-Hadeed lion’s incident case.

The spokesperson of wildlife minister has said that a resident of Gulshan-e-Moazzam had kept the lions as pets in his house. The lion keeper is identified as Zohaib. An investigation has been launched against him.

As per details, the Wildlife team has captured the lions who got inside a madrassa situated at Gulshan-e-Hadeed.

Javed Mehr, Wildlife spokesman said that the resident Zohaib has been summoned at the provincial office of the wildlife department for questioning tomorrow at 10:30 am.

It should be mentioned here that on Tuesday night, five lions escaped from their place and got inside a madrassa in Gulshan-e-Hadeed.
