Seven more patients have lost the battle against the coronavirus pandemic in Pakistan, the death toll reaches 6,415.

As per the latest figures by the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC), 645 more confirmed cases have been reported. The total number of confirmed coronavirus cases is 305,031.

Out of the confirmed cases, around 292,044 patients have recovered from the contagious virus. The number of active cases has reduced to 6,572. On the other hand, over 35,720 Covid-19 tests have been conducted in the past 24 hours out of which 645 tested positive.

Sources said that 834 patients are being treated in 735 hospitals across the country, out of whom 103 are on ventilators.

Coronavirus cases in provinces

As per the latest updates, Sindh has reported 133,362 cases of the coronavirus, Punjab 98,272, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 37,270, Balochistan 14,138, Islamabad 16,086, Gilgit Baltistan 3,412, and Azad Jammu and Kashmir 2,491.
