The Jamiat Ulema e Islam (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazl Ur Rehman has given suggestions to the opposition parties attending the All Parties Conference (APC) for protesting against the government.

The JUI-F has suggested resigning from the assemblies in protest against the government.

According to the details, the party’s second proposal is to stage a protest on the streets. The party’s third proposal is to run a mass prison wide campaign.

The opposition parties at the APC decided to adopt a tough strategy against the federal government.

Failed to bring a No-Confidence Motion

However, the APC failed to bring a no-confidence motion against the government as some party leaders expressed their concerns. According to the party leaders, completing the numbers of members in a secret ballot is a problem, as they cite the experience of senate chairman election.

The united opposition at the APC has named it ‘Pakistan Democratic Alliance.’

It is to be noted here that the opposition has decided to stage mass protests against the government and announce to hold a long march in January. 2021.

The demands include the resignation of the Prime Minister.
