KARACHI: The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has issued a new travel advisory for passengers travelling abroad from Pakistan.

According to the details, the new travel advisory issued for passengers travelling abroad from Pakistan will remain in force till December 31.

CAA spokesperson said that passengers will have to install the Coronavirus Tracking mobile app, whether they leave the country or return home.

The Civil Aviation Authority has uploaded the Tracking App Plus track to the Google Play Store.

CAA officials say passengers will upload their Coronavirus-related data to the Pass Track mobile app or website before the trip, and passengers will be monitored through the mobile app during quarantine days.

According to officials, children under the age of 12 and high-level foreign delegations will be exempt from the Mobile App.

According to the spokesperson of the Civil Aviation Authority, passengers coming from Coronavirus-affected Category B countries will also have to submit the old COVID-19 test result within 96 hours.
