Prime Minister Imran Khan recalled his memories for witnessing the patriotism and passion of sacrifice among valiant armed forces during the 1965 war period.

Taking to his official twitter handle, Imran Khan wrote:

“As we pay homage to our war heroes today, I still recall, as a 13 yr old, the 1965 war vividly. Can never forget the unity when the nation stood resolutely as one against the enemy. No enemy can defeat a nation so united in purpose. It’s this spirit we need today to make Jinnah’s Pak”

Earlier in his message on account of Defence Day, the Prime Minister Imran Khan said the nation and the men in uniform proved that it’s not the size that matters, but it’s the courage and devotion that matters the most.

He said with the abrogation of Articles 370 and 35-A India has not only violated the UN Charter but has also unleashed a reign of terror on innocent Kashmiris.

Imran Khan said India is also showing aggressive posture on the Line of Control and such provocations are aimed at diverting the world’s attention from Indian atrocities in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
