An impressive investiture Ceremony held today at Naval Head Quarters NHQ in Islamabad.

According to the Spokesperson of Pakistan Navy, Vice Chief of Naval Staff  (VCNS) Vice Admiral Muhammad Fayyaz Gilani conferred 10 Sitara-i-Imtiaz (Military), 5 Tamgha-i-Imtiaz (Military) & 2 Tamgha-i-Basalat upon PN personnel.

According to the Spokesperson of Pakistan Navy 17 TK(M)-I, TK(M)-II & TK(M)-III were also awarded to Master Chief Petty Officer (MCPOs)/Chief petty officers (CPOs) and Sailors.

38 Letter of Commendation by Chief of the Naval Staff awarded to Officers, MCPOs/CPOs/Sailors & Navy Civilians.

According to the Spokesperson of the Pakistan Navy, the ceremony was attended by senior serving & retired officers of the Pakistan Navy.

Earlier on September 11,  Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Zafar Mahmood Abbasi conferred military awards on Pakistan Navy personnel in an investiture ceremony held at Bahria Auditorium.

According to the press release, the recipients of Sitara-i-Imtiaz (Military) were Cdre Nasar Mahmood, Cdre Syed Faisal Ali Shah, Cdre Raas Karim, Cdre Shifaat Ali Khan, Cdre Amir Mahmood, Cdre Rashid Mahmood, Cdre Zafar Iqbal, Cdre Kamran Ahmed, Cdre Khan Mahmood Asif, Cdre Anwaar Ali Sabir, Cdre Muhammad Nauman Rafique, Cdre Imtiaz Ali, Cdre Hammad Ahmad and Cdre Ejaz Ahmad.
